We requested a DNS configuration from the OSGeo Sysadmin committee, and that was easy to set up. I think you can launch whenever you're ready, but I'd hope that we don't start heavy promotion until after our event in Auckland in November :-) 2. I have been using Zoho Bigin as a CRM, and have a list of 100+ contacts, though they are mostly Australian, there are some global. I'd be happy to hand over this list, or onboard you on the CRM. I also suggest that post-Auckland, we catch up with you and your organising committee and do some handover and lessons learnt. I'd love to be able to share any knowledge with you and the team!
