I've had good results with Amazon's EC2 running an m3.2xlarge instance. It
will cost you about $0.56/hr and some ODM jobs ended up taking 6-8 hours.
Definitely worth it!

Regarding VisualSFM I've had so much trouble trying to get it to run in a
remote desktop environment that I finally gave up. I've read it will work
with VNC, but haven't tried it yet.
