[OpenDroneMap-users] Broke my install somehow

I updated my checkout and rebuilt ODM this weekend (also tried a fresh
checkout).

I got one good run out of the system, then I decided to resolve a weird
conflict I was having with the install.sh. I decided to uninstall
libboost1.55-*-dev and install libboost-all-dev (which is 1.54) on
Ubuntu 14.04.

Ever since I did that every data set I try I get the following error

Failed to read image:
'/redwood/Photos/kite/odm_data/benchmark//DSC05516.jpg'

Only other things I've installed via apt:
Blender
parallel (though I removed it in debugging)

Anyone else experienced something similar, or have a clue where to hunt
for the issue.

I've tried completely removing all libboost 1.54 dev files and
installing 1.55 again (rebuilding ODM from fresh clone after). No change.
