Neat! I think we have had several input so far regarding the material to be
used for this course (in the various mailing lists involving this thread).

Micha: of course the lecturer will have the last word on what is going to
be presented and how, but if you think is useful, we could arrange a stack
meeting to discuss the outline of the course together with those who
proposed resources and contributed ideas (Epifanio, Cameron, Raffaele,
geoscience committee,... others?)
