[OpenGeoscience] short corses EGU 2016

> following the suggestions received in our previous meetings and discussions, I have sent a request to GeoforAll mailing list for comments, suggestions and supports for the organisation of OSGeo short course/courses at EGU 2016. As someone just knows, the GEOforALL group members suggest that OpenGeosciece committee is leader in this organisation. Therefore, I hope we can fix a meeting in the next meeting to define and established topics, duration and schedule of the short courses. I need to indicate with a rough detail the plan by the end of October to the ECS Raprs group of EGU.
