[OpenGeoscience] EGU 2016 Short Courses Preparation

Dear all
As you can see from the boad mailing list the motion
"Support the EGU Townhall Session: OSGeo with 2'200 USD"
has been approved.
I believe you should have included usb in this amount. Maybe you could buy
some usb, install osgeolive and make them available for the course. Do you
have estimates of costs? They could be included in the 2200 usd?
