[OpenGeoscience] Budget 2020

Dear all,

our requested budget (7562 USD total) for 2020 has been added to the overall OSGeo budget:  https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo_Budget_2020.

We still need to fill in the actual (i.e. spent) budget for 2019. The EGU annual event cost us 959,93 EUR / 1064 USD. What about the other events ?
