[OpenGeoscience] Open Geoscience Budget Proposal 2024

Hi Peter,
Regarding action plan for 2024.

Next year I plan to go both to EGU and AGU and will probably be able to promote our open (geo)science. One topic could be open science assessment.

Additionally, I think we could think to plan a workshop (maybe to egu?) to promote Open Science approaches in the Geospatial context..

the draft for the annual Open Geoscience budget 2024 proposal is here:

It includes the same items as the previous 2023 budget.

In 2023, budget was spent for the OSGeo Townhall at the EGU General Assembly in Vienna (about 2000 EUR, wiki will be updated on this). The event was prepared, managed and hosted by Alessandro Frigeri (big thanks, Ale!)

Feedback about the budget proposal would be appreciated.
