[OpenGeoscience] Budget 2025

Hello OSGeo open geoscience comunity,

as every year in December, we have to submit a budget proposal to the OSGeo board.

I have put up a draft budget for 202, based on last years budget pitch:

One lesson learned from this years EGU GA is that for now we can't use budget for refeshments during the annual OSGeo Open Science Townhall event, as we did in years past.

Please comment on the budget proposal, preferably before December 17.
