[OpenGeoscience] EGU General Assembly: Postcard-giveaways.

this is a proposal to dedicate about 100 EUR/USD of our annual budget (https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Open_Geoscience_Committee/budget_2024) for giveaways (postcards with OSGeo Logo) during the EGU General Assembly (https://www.egu24.eu/) in a joint effort with AGU (https://www.agu.org/) and ESIP (https://www.esipfed.org).


Thanks to the effort of Alessandro, there will be again a OSGeo Townhall on Open Science during this years EGU General Assembly in Vienna (on EGU Tuesday evening). More info on this will follow asap.

Our friends from AGU and ESIP will be hosting a booth for the data (and software) help desk, like in previous years (https://www.esipfed.org/data-help-desk-at-egu-2023), which also served as a reach out opportunity for OSGeo (-> flyers, stickers, etc.)

This year, paper postcards will be printed to advertise the data help booth. ESIP has reached out wether the Open Geoscience Committee wants to support this with about 100 EUR for the printing costs. In turn, the OSGeo logo and possibly info about the OSGeo townhall will be put on the postcards.

Since EGU is a very big event (over 15000 people) I believe this could be useful to increase the visibility of OSGeo at the event.

The requested 100 EUR could be covered by the 500 EUR within our annual budget, with are tagged "promotional material".
