[OpenLayers-Dev] Vector rendering status

I've updated parser/GML.js so that it processes GML3 docs now.
It still doesn't handle multiple geometries, and I'm not sure how to 
handle inner/outer geometries yet.

I've been testing IE and have identified a number of issues which I've 
been adding to the issue tracker:

It would be great if we could resolve some of these. In particular:
