[OpenLayers-Dev] EPSG:4326 overlay with gmap

Hi

I'm trying to use an EPSG:4326 overlay on top of a gmap baselayer, but
the two layers do not match. The more I zoom out the worse.

Sylvain Beorchia directed me to the newTileforGrid patch
(http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/501). I've applied the patch, and
made my code use newTile:1 but it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know how I could make this work?
