Stumbled across this earlier this morning. Not for me, but others might
be interested.

tasks will be mainly be to fill the gaps and/or complete the application
before delivering to the client. (WFS/WMS and other stuff is already
running)."

Seems like a relatively big job for the asking price to me, but just
