[OpenLayers-Dev] Translation / Internationalisation / Localisation

I should have some cycles available to spend on this in the next couple 
of weeks.  Has any work been started on it?

It doesn't matter to me if we choose option 1 or 2 below, but I would 
need some direction from the group (otherwise I'll pick something ;-)
