Hi Bertil,

Changeset 2141 removed a bunch of classes (and possibly replaced them
by new ones). For example it removed
OpenLayers/Control/EditingToolbar.js, which makes
examples/GMLTasmania.html fail! Should GMLTasmania.html be modified to
adapt to your changes?
