[OpenLayers-Dev] Need Help Using Multiple Map Files

Well, the good news is that it's not ka-Map.  The bad news is I'm an
idiot.  The mapName parameter was being passed as uppercase, but they
were listed in config.php as lowercase.  I updated that so they are
uppercase and all is well now.

In that case, the problem is with the ka-Map serverside generation
script. At the moment (probably for the next few days) I don't have time
to dig into the ka-Map tile generation code. 

You might try looking into TileCache, or looking at the PHP code in
ka-Map and seeing if you can figure out why it's happening.
