Hi,
i made improvements based on Tim's work. I implemented snapping, adding
new vertexes and removing old ones. Some demo is running at
http://www.bnhelp.cz/mapserv/pokusy/openlayers/digitalizace/
We could start some discussion in the wiki (how to get access ? I can
not find anything :-|)
