[OpenLayers-Dev] Natural Docs

I'm not sure if anyone has tried this:
http://www.naturaldocs.org/documentation/development/files/Modules/NaturalDocs/Parser/JavaDoc-pm.html

It converts Javadocs to NaturalDocs, so there is a pretty good chance it 
would convert JSDocs to NaturalDocs too.
