[OpenLayers-Dev] OpenLayers 2.4 RC3 Release

The OpenLayers Development Team is proud to announce the third release
candidate of OpenLayers 2.4.

    * Improved GML parsing to catch fid better
    * Letting panels pass mouseup through
    * Fixing small bug in panel example
    * Display of markers/layers when out of range on startup.
    * Fix to aspect ratio of Overview Map.
    * Minor fixes in test instrumentation. 

This RC is a minor bugfix improvement in the 2.4 RC line. Few
significant changes are included.

We invite you to help us test the 2.4 release candidate! To test 2.4 in
your applications, include the following tag in your OpenLayers-powered
page:

As always, the source is available at http://openlayers.org/download/.
Bug reports can be filed in Trac, under the 2.4 RC3 version and the 2.4
milestone.
