[OpenLayers-Dev] OpenLayers 2.4 RC4

Hi Guys,

wanted to see if the 'wobbling'-line-drawing in IE was fixed in this new 
RC. But isn't the code in 
http://openlayers.org/api/2.4-rc4/OpenLayers.js missing some commment 
characters around the header? Receving js errors now; opening the url in 
a texteditor show that there are no comments arount the 'license-header'?
