[OpenLayers-Dev] possible bug: zoomWorld icon PanZoom Control zooms to maxExtent

Hi,
there will be possibly more meanings to this topic: ZoomWorld icon in
PanZoom Control zooms always to this.map.maxExtent.

All other panning buttons are respecting this.map.restrictedExtent (if
set).

IMHO, zoomWorld icon should zoom to this.map.restrictedExtent as well.
If this is not set, than it should zoom to maxExtent.

What do you think about this?

I prepared ticket for it [1] as well as small (6 lines) patch [2].
