[OpenLayers-Dev] Tiled WFS layer

Google are most certainly involved in the OGC... if KML is not an 'official'
standard yet... its a safe bet it will be.
Being open minded and not controversial, does paper or popularity define a
standard? Depends on the individual....

Cameron offers good advice, KML's styling is very powerful.
