[OpenLayers-Dev] possible bug in mousemove event handler

Hi,
I have following problem: I try to implement moving markers with mouse
drag&drop. It is working well, but if the map is panned, then the
mousemove event contains wrong xy element OpenLayers.Pixel. The marker
is moved to other place, than the mousepointer is. Imho it is some kind
of bug.

Small example running at [1]

How to reproduce the bug:
1) drag & drop the marker - it should work
2) now pan with the mouse 
3) try to move the marker again - it will "jump" so site, with the
distance of previous map movement, mouseup is never caught and the
marker is never released.

Is there any other demo, which is working, demonstrating moving markers
with the mouse?
