Hello all

In preparation for the 0.2 release, I worked on the wiki
documentation. Concretely, I rewrote the HowToInstall page.

See <http://trac.mapfish.org/trac/mapfish/wiki/HowToInstallNew>.

Once deemed ok, this page will be renamed HowToInstall. I will also
modify our main wiki page to make sure someone who wants to install
won't be confused and will directly go to the appropriate doc.
