[OpenLayers-Dev] featuredrawn event and #1508

Hello dev's

I noticed that the event type featureadded was added to the select
feature control. All the other feature-related events are defined in
the vector layer. So why did we change that did not add that event to
the vector layer? I understand that we already have the featureadded
event in the layer, but the new event could be named featuredrawn.
This would be more in line with the featuremodified event. What do you
think?
