[OpenLayers-Dev] Feature Styling Doc

Hi,

I've put together http://docs.openlayers.org/library/feature_styling ,
which is based in large part on http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/Styles .

If anyone who is comfortable with Styling could comment on it or review
it, I'd appreciate it; I'm mostly going based on reading the code,
rather than having first hand experience with styling.

Feel free to update the doc directly in SVN, or suggest patches which I
can apply.
