Yeah, same.  If you've got an Ext component that contains your map (a 
panel lets say), then configure it with a listener for "bodyresize". 
Or, if your panel is called panel, call

panel.on({
     "bodyresize": function() {
         map.updateSize();
     }
});

With your own scope/names etc.
