[OpenLayers-Dev] Personal 2.6 Goals

The one additional thing that I'd like to see in is the "vector
snapping" thing Pierre and fredj have been working on. I can
definitely help with making it trunk-ready. There's also Pierre's
vector symbols work, but I'll let him speak about that one...
