[OpenLayers-Dev] Personal 2.6 Goals

Tim's been working on a few new things for us, and ofcourse it would be
great if they could make it into 2.6. Those things are:
1) WMC read/write support (ticket 100)
2) navigation history control (ticket 1240)
3) fractional zoom support (ticket 1243)
4) scalebar control (ticket 24)
5) measure control (ticket 1241)
Item 1 needs more work, but the others are close to trunk state.
