[OpenLayers-Dev] PNG - AGG image, opacity and IE7

no, mapserver, but it's a typical client problem.
when the polygon is filled, it looks quite ok, because only the outline 
border is wrong, but with lines and labels, whaouh, so crap !
when opacity is 1 or format is standard PNG, the problem doesn't show up.
