[OpenLayers-Dev] help with puting open layers on iis or apache

Greetings all,

I seem to be having some really weird errors when i try to deploy open
layers.

When i put them in the virtual directory in IIS or if i put them under
apache then i get this error:

Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'OpenLayers.Util' is null or not an object

that happens in base type\class.js

If i just double click on the file and try to view it through Internet
Explorer then it works with no problems. I just get the little prompt that
java script is bad and that i need to allow it.

Any ideas on why this might be happening?

Really confused.
