[OpenLayers-Dev] handlers and onselectstart

Hi list,

currenly only the Drag Handler has code to make sure the map does not get
selected (and turns blue in IE).

Is this not something that should be more general, maybe even in Handler.js?

I've just added it to the Path Handler in my copy of OL, but I'd rather see
this solved in OL ofcourse.
