[OpenLayers-Dev] RC1 Release tomorrow 10AM Mexico City Time

Dear Dev,

Everything seems to be in order to go ahead with the RC1 Release
tomorrow morning, unless I have missed something.

The only outstanding patches in the 2.7 Milestone which are *not*
related to the vector-behavior work are:

Sketch Handler Updates - http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/1698
        and
Measurement Control - http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/1241


They are both marked for review, so hopefully someone can take a look
at them before tomorrow morning.

Thanks to everyone who's helped out and made a push to get this thing
out the door.

If there are any red flags that I haven't seen, please please reply to
the list. Barring feedback, I am
going to branch and go through all the motions[1] tomorrow first thing
when I wake up.
