[OpenLayers-Dev] smoothing zoom

Hi,

from 2.6 version there is the functionality of smoothing in zoom 
(Changeset 6452). I note that onWheelUp there is a delay between the end 
of scrool and the load of tile. Is there some flag that i can set to 
reduce this delay? Can you help me?
I perform an analog functionality, but this delay is more short.
