Yet another case of 'spammers suck'.

However, unless they actually *do* something, this is harmless, since
having an account doesn't hurt. It means we'll have to be more diligent
in watching the RSS timeline, but I do that already anyway, so I think 
we're unlikely to suffer much.

By the way, this was the other reason I didn't want to allow random
signups that I couldn't remember. :)
