http://trac.openlayers.org/attachment/wiki/crschmidt/kml.patch is my
stupid patch for this; needs more work, bt I pobably won't get it in
time. This improves both balloonStyle and arses extendedData. I'd
suggest starting there if you want it; it may be close to done.
