[OpenLayers-Dev] Compress the code OpenLayers 6.8%

Hi,

Some time ago I've been working on a proposal to compress the public names
in the compressed code OpenLayers.

If anyone wants to debate about it I created the patch 
http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/ticket/2958 #2958 .

Klokan Petr Přidal  only emphasize the possibility of type declaration using
comments.
