Hi list,

We have a need in our application to rotate the complete map (base layers, raster layers, vector layers) to whatever value the user would like. Is this possible? My thought was to reproject everything into a new rotated coordinate system, but (1) I'm not even sure that would work and (2) it sounds expensive. Any thoughts?
