[OpenLayers-Dev] Buffer Point and MultiPont

Hello List,

I've written a buffer function for Point and MultiPoint geometries. 
Maybe this is interesting for other developers or even the OpenLayers 
base code. The attached patch provides the functions, tests and an example.
