[OpenLayers-Dev] Openlayers using ArcGIS Server 9.4 not working using OGC WMS on Google Basemap

Hi,

OpenLayers 2.8 does not support WMS 1.3, OpenLayers trunk does and will
use CRS instead of SRS if VERSION is 1.3.
