[OpenLayers-Dev] zoomToMaxExtent doesn't honor map bounds

add this option

restrictedExtent: new
OpenLayers.Bounds(-20037508.34,-20037508.34,20037508.34,20037508.34),

works for me!
and i've just read the api doc! ;-p
