Hi Jorix

I'd like to give my viewpoint about this. For the OpenLayers PSC to
propose commit access to a developer, this developer must have
provided several high-quality patches, with evidences that these
patches actually solve the problems they mean to solve (with tests,
examples and explanations).

I've looked at one or two of your patches. And after reviewing those
patches I didn't feel confident enough to say to myself "ok this is
good to go". I'm not saying your patches aren't good, I'm just saying
that I've personally  not felt confortable with them so far.

I guess if we reach a point where several core developers have trusted
and applied your patches then you'll be proposed commit access, like
anyone else in this community.

Thank you for your contributions. If they solve real problems and if
you provide evidence they do they will be applied eventually.

Just my personnal viewpoint.
