[OpenLayers-Dev] problems on a googlev3 layer...

hi to all
i'm writing a Googlev3 layer but i have a problem with termsOfUse and
poweredBy
it seems that the map html content is not available soon after
google.maps.Map() call
so i can't reach the internal divs

anyone has got an idea??

...if i comment the lines for move tos and branding stuff the map shows
correctly so it's quite complete
