[OpenLayers-Dev] Kinetic Dragging

Hi

With inspiration from Tile5 and Google Maps I've written some code for
"Kinetic Dragging" in OpenLayers. You can see a live example at
<http://dev.openlayers.org/sandbox/elemoine/kinetic/examples/kinetic.html>.
This is definitely not ready for trunk, but I just hope to have some
feedback, and to know whether people would like to see this in
OpenLayers.
