[OpenLayers-Dev] building openlayers in eclipse

I am trying to build openlayers in eclipse.  To that end I have installed 
the Pydev extension for Helios and Python 3.1.  When I execute the 
build.py file, I get an error on the except Exception, E: line.  Any 
pointers on how to build would be greatly appreciated.
