Hi,

Currently, the login to trac at trac.openlayers.org is not working.

Instead, for the time being, you can use:

 http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/
 http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/login

and use your OSGeo UserID (created at 
  https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/ldap_create_user.py
)
to login.
