[OpenLayers-Dev] Canvas renderer issue (#3264)

Hi

I've had issues with the new canvas renderer and externalGraphic:

(1) the renderer may draw features that have been destroyed
(2) the renderer may draw the same feature twice at different
locations on the canvas

Both problems are due to canvas.drawImage being called asynchronously,
when the image is loaded.

I have a patch in review for these issues, that I think should be
considered and reviewed for 2.11. See
