[OpenLayers-Dev] Re: mobile sprint prep

I've put up a couple examples that wrap an OpenLayers map in a mobile UI
framework:

jQuery Mobile
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/mobile-jq.html

Sencha Touch (wekbit only)
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/mobile-sencha.html

I know it is unconventional to put examples in the trunk that don't work
(I'd consider these non-working examples). I'll gladly remove these if
others think they don't belong at this time.

My reasoning for putting them in the trunk was twofold:

1) I wanted to have a baseline for documenting what does and what
doesn't work on mobile browsers.

2) I wanted to be able to either create sandboxes in SVN or branches &
forks in git that included these examples.

Again, I'll remove them if others don't imagine they'll use them in
their own branches.
