[OpenLayers-Dev] restrictedExtent issue

Hi devs!
Look like restrictedExtent property behavior was broken at svn version. Compare:

And second problem. I've updated my OpenLayers from SVN as revision
11591, but in OpenLayers.js I found
OpenLayers.VERSION_NUMBER="$Revision: 11544 $";
