Hi,

   This thread is more suitable for the Users mailing list.

   Take a look at the following example (look at how the stylemap object 
of the vector layer is used to render icons for the default and select 
states).  If you're using a "Markers" layer, it is recommended to use a 
"Vector" layer instead.
